They honor individuals and organizations whose efforts have had a positive effect on the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and allied community of Pierce County. $98,000 to Community Organizations
We have kicked off the year with $98,000 in
grants to 34 organizations. The organizations
selected show a diversity of our community's
needs and creative solutions. They include a
South Asian film festival, outdoor
leadership for teenage girls, the expansion
of a youth center and resources for lesbian
and bisexual women who have been
incarcerated.

Pride Foundation connects, inspires and strengthens the Pacific Northwest Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community in pursuit of equality. We accomplish this in rural and urban areas by awarding grants and scholarships and cultivating leaders.
