Pride Foundation is happy to announce an informational meeting about the Seattle African-American Giving Circle. Come learn and share about how lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, straight-ally and progressive minded African Americans are giving back and creating change.
Please join Pride Foundation, The Central District Forum for Arts and Ideas, The Gill Foundation and HindSight Consulting for a special reception to learn more about the Giving Circle and to contribute your ideas.

Goals for this project:
- Increase giving by civic-minded LGBT, allied, and progressive minded African Americans to Seattle philanthropies (e.g., LGBT social service organizations, college alumni associations, fraternities/sororities, churches, kinship networks, fundraising campaigns).
- To raise the level of awareness of LGBT, allied and progressive Black philanthropy in Seattle.
- Introduce tools and strategies to encourage the participation of civic-minded LGBT, allied and progressive African Americans.
- Gain a better understanding of unique issues to LGBT Black Philanthropy.
