Application Process
The scholarship application is now available and can be completed online. Community volunteers will review all applications and successful applicants will be invited to interview with us. However, all applicants will receive notification.
Important Dates
- Online application opens: October 2012
- Scholarship Workshops: October 2012 – January 2013
- Online application deadline: January 31, 2013
- Applicant interview notification: April 2013
- Final applicant notification: May 2013
After the initial application selected candidates are asked to interview. Interview decisions are announced in early April. Interviews are held on various dates throughout April as determined by the specific scholarship(s) for which a candidate is selected. Final award decisions are announced in May. All of Pride Foundation’s scholarship decisions are made by teams of local volunteers knowledgeable in their community’s needs.
