Title: Director of Community Engagement
Alli Auldridge used to consider herself the Pecos Bill of rural Vermont, having been raised by a pack of wild lesbians (ok, only two). She grew up in New England with her two moms, her siblings and a rotating cast of beloved pets including dogs, cats and the occasional goat. She spent 7 years in New York City before moving upstate to work in Governor Andrew Cuomo’s administration as an Empire Fellow in the Department of Economic Development. She has also served as the Policy Associate at Services & Advocacy for GLBT Elders (SAGE) helping to improve the lives of LGBT older adults. Alli has years of experience in nonprofit communications, advocacy and development, managing these efforts for the Roxbury Film Festival in Boston and the Brooklyn Historical Society, prior to working at SAGE. She currently serves on the Board of COLAGE, an organization dedicated to empowering youth with LGBTQ parents. She now lives in Seattle with her wife and daughter. Alli received her Bachelor’s degree from Smith College and her Master’s degree in Urban Policy from The New School for Urban Policy and Management.
